A 49-year-old motorcyclist from Poway was killed in a tragic motorcycle wreck that occurred on November 18, 2011, on northbound I-5 (I-5), south of Basilone Road in Camp Pendleton. According to California Highway Patrol Officer Chris Parent, the biker was riding his 2004 Harley Davidson King when he was struck by a 2003 Nissan 350Z driven by 23-year-old Eugene McCulloch.
