Fatal Inland Hit-And-Run Big-Rig Accident Kills Motorcyclist

43-year-old John Michael King was killed in Cathedral City truck while he was riding his bike on October 26, 2011, around 4:49 a.m. along the 67700 block of East Palm Canyon Drive in Cathedral City. According to coroner’s officials, 49-year-old big-rig trucker Arnold Mejangos Beltran made a U-turn in front of the biker. King swerved to avoid hitting the truck trailer, struck a curb in front of Boomers, and was fatally injured.

Motorcyclist and Passenger Injured in San Diego Hit-and-Run Truck Accident

Two people suffered critical injuries in a San Diego County motorcycle wreck that occurred on September 17, 2011, in the 3300 block of Midway Drive near Wing Street just before midnight. According to San Diego police Officer David Stafford, a late-model, red Chevrolet pickup truck struck the motorcycle while pulling into the parking lot of Pacers Showgirls International strip club. The driver fled from the accident scene, leaving the biker and passenger on the ground.

Rancho Bernardo Hit-and-Run Motorcycle Accident with Drunk SUV Driver Injures Biker

An unidentified motorcyclist was struck and injured in a motorcycle collision with an SUV that occurred on July 31, 2011, around 12:30 p.m. on West Bernardo Drive near Bernardo Center Drive. According to police, the biker was struck from behind by a white color SUV driven by a female motorist.

Motorcyclist Killed In a Diamond Bar Car Accident

Jose Quinones, 46, was struck and killed in a fatal motorcycle accident in Diamond Bar that occurred on April 1, 2011, around 8:10 a.m. just west of Diamond Bar Boulevard in Los Angeles County, approximately 123 miles from San Diego. According to the California Highway Patrol, Quinones lost control of his Kawasaki motorcycle and was thrown in front of an oncoming 2007 Honda Accord driven by Hussein Abuatieh, 50.

Antioch Hit-And-Run Motorcycle Accident Kills Two

An unidentified truck driver caused an accident resulting in the death of two people in Antioch. Bay City News Reports that this auto accident occurred on east bound Highway 4 when the driver of a Ford F-250 truck made an unsafe lane change. The truck hit a Honda that then lost control and hit a motorcycle killing the motorcyclist and his passenger. The driver of the Honda was hospitalized with major injuries. The pickup truck’s driver fled from the scene of the accident.

Fatal San Dimas Motorcycle Accident Caused by Hit-and-Run Driver

A motorcycle accident in San Dimas on June 6, 2010, killed Michael Smith, 36, and seriously injured an 11-year-old boy. The other driver, Ryan Ferreira, 39, ran from the scene of the traffic accident. Ferreira made an unsafe lane change near Smith’s Honda CRB1000 motorcycle on a transition road between the southbound 57 Freeway (SR-57) and eastbound the Interstate 10 Freeway (I-10) and caused the collision.
