San Bernardino County Man Dies In Fontana Motorcycle Accident

Saul Castro, 63 of Mira Loma, died due to injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident in southwestern Fontana. According to San Bernardino’s County Coroner Department, Castro was travelling in the west bound direction on Slover Avenue just west of Redwood Avenue on his 2007 Harley Davidson motorcycle on July 10, 2010 around 6:03p.m.

Antioch Hit-And-Run Motorcycle Accident Kills Two

An unidentified truck driver caused an accident resulting in the death of two people in Antioch. Bay City News Reports that this auto accident occurred on east bound Highway 4 when the driver of a Ford F-250 truck made an unsafe lane change. The truck hit a Honda that then lost control and hit a motorcycle killing the motorcyclist and his passenger. The driver of the Honda was hospitalized with major injuries. The pickup truck’s driver fled from the scene of the accident.

Orange County Motorcycle Rider Killed in Fatal Big-Rig Truck Accident

Nicholas Joseph Knoth, 20, of Huntington Beach, was riding his motorcycle northbound on May 8, 2010, at about 8:11 a.m. on Edwards Street and Homer Street in Westminster when he appeared to have moved in front of a 18-wheeler big-rig truck and lost control of his motorcycle, according to Westminster Police officers.

Orange County Motorcycle Crash Kills North Carolina Motorcyclist

A 50-year old man was killed when the motorcycle he was riding was hit by an SUV. The motorcyclist has been identified as Lawrence Joseph Barrett of Youngsville, NC. The accident occurred at 4:50 p.m. on April 11 along Elm Avenue near the intersection with South White Street.

Fatal San Diego Motorcycle Accident Caused by Suspected Drunk Driver

A 36-year old motorcyclist lost his life in a fatal San Diego motorcycle accident that took place on March 19, 2010, at a Balboa Park intersection. This DUI accident took place around 1 p.m.

The deceased motorcycle rider was riding southbound on Florida Drive when a 2005 Volvo sedan suddenly pulled out into his path and crashed into him. The motorcyclist was hurled onto the roadway where he was hit by a second vehicle. The rider, whose name was withheld pending family notification, died at the scene. The driver of the sedan was arrested by the San Diego Police Department on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and vehicular manslaughter.

A 21-year old Menifee man was killed in a fatal Riverside County motorcycle accident when the motorcycle he was riding collided with a van at the intersection of Newport and Via Corazon Roads. The motorcycle accident happened on March12, 2010 at around 5:15 pm.

Fatal San Diego Motorcycle Accident in North Park

A deadly motorcycle accident occurred last week when the rider failed to notice a stop sign and breezed through the intersection, colliding with a car in the North Park neighborhood of San Diego. The victim has since been identified as a resident of Cardiff-by-the-Sea.

Rider Killed in Los Angeles Motorcycle Accident

On November 26, 2009, a 20 year-old motorcyclist was killed on the 101 Freeway when he crashed into a metal guardrail at approximately 100 mph. The Los Angeles motorcycle rider was not identified immediately following the crash, but it is known that he lived in Sherman Oaks, CA. He was pronounced dead an hour later at Sherman Oaks Hospital.
