25-year-old Kevin E. Medina was killed in a tragic car collision that occurred on January 20, 2012, on Hesperia Road. According to San Bernardino County Coroner, Medina was riding his 2012 Ducati motorcycle which collided with an eastbound 1998 Toyota Camry that drove into his path.
19-year-old Omar Guerrero suffered serious injuries in a motorcycle collision that occurred on December 18, 2011, around 12:17 p.m. at Sierra Avenue and Randall Avenues in Fontana. According to the investigators, Guerrero was riding a black 2011 Yamaha when he struck the back of a maroon Toyota driven by 45-year-old Hector Andrade.
47-year-old Lisa Fay Beatty was killed in a tragic motorcycle collision that occurred on November 25, 2011, around 11:30 a.m. west on Mill Creek Road (Highway 38). According to the San Bernardino County coroner’s office, the bike that Beatty was driving collided with a car while it was turning at Garnet Street.
28-year-old Keith Westhaver of Wildomar was killed in a serious motorcycle crash that occurred on September 20, 2011, around 8:12 a.m. Highway 138 in Phelan. According to the coroner’s office, Westhaver was riding his Honda 600RR bike on the highway west of Interstate 15 (I-15) coming upon backed-up traffic when a 2004 Ford Expedition made a U-turn in front of him.
44-year-old L.A. resident Constance Wooten suffered serious injuries in a motorcycle accident that occurred on August 5, 2011, around 4:40 a.m. along the northbound lanes of Interstate 15 (I-15) south of Highway 395 near the desert community of Oak Hills.
47-year-old Upland resident Ray Muniz was struck and killed by a truck on July 8, 2011, around 5:15 p.m. at Nocta Street in Ontario. According to San Bernardino County Coroner’s office, Muniz was traveling northbound in the left lane of Grove Avenue, when a truck in the right lane slowed and attempted a U-turn.
A 51-year-old Riverside man was killed in a solo motorcycle accident that occurred on June 29, 2011, 12:18 a.m. along Interstate 215 (I-215) at the 3000 block of La Cadena Drive in Colton. According to Lt. Chuck deDianous, the biker was riding his 2005 Harley Davidson south on La Cadena Drive when the bike jumped a curb and hit a chain link fence.
An unidentified 25-year-old motorcyclist was struck and killed after a collision with a sport utility vehicle that occurred on May 16, 2011 in northern San Bernardino. According to Officer Hope Maxson, the victim was riding his 2004 Kawasaki motorcycle south on Mountain Avenueby Yucca Drive when a 2001 Toyota Sequoia made a left turn and came in front of him.
58-year-old Michael Kirk was killed in a San Bernandino County motorcycle accident that occurred on May 7, 2011, around 6:50 p.m. along the 10800 block of Midway Avenue. According to the responding California Highway Patrol officers, the Lucerne Valley resident was driving a 1972 Harley Davidson northbound along the two-lane paved street when he ran into the backside of Nissan pickup truck also travelling north.
Two unidentified motorcyclists suffered injuries in a serious motorcycle accident that occurred on April 29, 2011, in Cajon Pass in San Bernardino County. According to the responding California Highway Patrol Officers, the two motorcyclists collided with each other due to unknown reasons at Interstate 15 just south of Highway 138.
